Have you written this treatise in 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2020, 2024…DJT has done nothing but battle for “we the people” to try and regain some semblance of control and if we allow the left to continue to cheat in elections we won’t be a Republic any more; if we don’t elect republicans with some balls and quit giving power to slugs like McConnell we won’t have a Republic for long - yes the tariffs need to be cautified by Congress - but he has been and continues to be hamstrung by lawfare initiated by judges who have zero authority to do so yet get a pass from SCOTUS - until we get a Congress and judiciary willing to operate within the lines through legitimate elections of which I have seen few if any in my lifetime I am going with leaders who will make the effort to clean this GD place up.

The democrats have gone full NeoMarxist / Communist and the Republicans, but for 50-60 have no balls.

Time is not on our side because of the devastation Obama and Biden have inflicted on our country. Four years will pass in a blur and we need to get back on track. The corrections that DJT are instilling are in response to unconstitutional damages by previous administrations.

Ann. As a suggestion, you may want to read Atty Luther Martin’s 72 page letter to Congress in Feb 1787. It was entered without objection into the Journals of Congress and is available online. If you cannot find it let me know. Wikipedia’s write up on Luther Martin is “reasonable”.

In Idaho, the judicial system has been completely overrun. In our supposed most free state, the courts have been violating the civil rights of the rich elderly and trafficking them in guardianship cases without personal jurisdiction for decades across all districts. And now they're actually doing it to residents outside their own stste/jurisdiction. I am a whistleblower and have uncovered a horror leaving the elderly in every state now vulnerable to die alone and often caged without risk of elopement, entire estates stolen by the courts under color of law. They are rarely, if ever, notified they are in a court case, rarely notified they have had all their rights as estates removed by the courts and often don't ever even go to court. All done ex parte, both (or all, when large families get involved) sides of the court battle paid for by the estate, including forced payment of a court-appointed guardian ad litem and attorney (illegal to force payment like that), a dual role that is unconstitutional as it cannot be the advocate of the subject and of the court or the person's best interests as they are often in direct opposition, the court-visitor, the guardian, and other professionals the court or the guardian decides to pay. All with little to no oversight. This is unconstitutional. But now, in 2 ongoing identical parallel cases for the same person, one under appeal and the other brand new case (highly illegal and draining to the estate) the petitioner who lost the first case due to lack of personal jurisdiction for never serving the respondent, has asked the court... And the court allowed it to, in a VOID CASE... Pay for all the attorneys fees, and the court officer fees of around $100,000 over 2 years for a person who lived in another state. This means that anyone who has a bank branch in idaho, the court could, WITHOUT EVER TELLING YOU YOU ARE IN A COURT CASE, subpoena your finances, rack up bills, never tell you what the bills are for, and then when it's discovered you were never notified about the case years later, you still have to pay for all the work done by the parties in the case you never knew existed. Now, in the second case that is parallel to the first and the petitioner started new because they were mad they lost the first case now on appeal for the fees paid (Rule 60(b)(4)), the courts started a case and an immediate ex parte temporary guardianship on a person who hasn't lived in Idaho for 11 months who is now on hospice due to the actions of the court locking her up, chemically restraining her against her will, forcing other medications she didn't want and caused her pain, psychologically torturing her, neglecting her for 13 hours after she broke her wrist and not taking her to the hospital. The courts set up to protect the elderly are the elder abusers, abusing the system, committing fraud, and repeatedly, with abandon violating the civil rights of the citizens of the country. This is not isolated. When you speak up, they fight back, falsely accuse you of horrendous acts, and attempt to block the chosen person and wishes of the vulnerable person and never consider less restrictive alternatives, as is the law. The courts are asking for a Monell Doctrine case, and though we won the first case pro se, it has worn us down. We need a strong civil rights attorney to kick some ass in Idaho and take some names. But we will do it ourselves if we must. The judiciary is totally compromised in the state of Idaho. It should be noted that we have alerted the DOJ EJI, FBI, court administrators, the AG Labrador, guardianship committee (those judges all have hundreds of cases where they violated the law) the idaho supreme court justices, the idaho supreme court lead counsel, guardianship monitor, and multiple Republican idaho senators and representatives. No one will do anything. This is tooo big. It will overturn the judiciary. All judges are guilty of this and thousands of attorneys, hundreds of firms are. Maybe the idaho democrats will step up and be heroes to the vulnerable, because the republicans really don't give a crap.

My suspicion is that Maritime law has been suspended and we know Common Law has been gone since 1871(?). When Trump says Harvard will not get federal funds unless they address anti-semitism, I was appalled initially. Sounded too much like a dictator and an opponent of free speech. But it’s a great way to get it in front of SCOTUS so they can declare it a violation of the first amendment. And if they do not, they are not upholding the Constitution. Check!

Give Trump and his administration a chance. I would much rather Trump do what he needs to do regarding tariffs than let Congress have their hands in it right now. Everything is getting an upgrade. We don't have a we the people grand jury or militia radified yet, so we the people are not ready to do anything yet. Keep your eye on Trump and the Trump team, and let them get us out of this mess we are in first. I truly think everything is going to be OK. Keep praying.--Diana from MO
