You just witnessed the greatest crime in political history

Title 50, Chapter 32,

Section 1520, permits the government to experiment on us with biological and chemical agents. Thanks to a treacherous Treasonous Congress, it is now legal for the DOD or their contractors to experiment with biological and chemical agents on the American people. The only proviso Congress imposes on them is that at least two unspecified local officials be notified within the subject community, like the garbage collector or the water meter reader.

Once that major communication event occurs, the test can begin within 30 days.

Here’s another beauty:

The IRS is not who we think they are, IRS agents are neither trained nor paid by the United States government. Pursuant to Treasury Delegation Order No. 92, the IRS is trained under the direction of the Division of Human Resources of the United Nations (U.N.) and the Commissioner (International), by the office of Personnel Management.

In the 1979 edition of 22 USCA 278, "The United Nations," you will find Executive Order 10422.

The Office of Personnel Management is under the direction of the Secretary of the United Nations. Pursuant to Treasury Delegation Order No. 91, the IRS entered a "Service Agreement" with the US Treasury Dept. (See Public Law 94-564, Legislative History, pg.5967, Reorganization (BANKRUPTCY!!!)   (Plan No. 26) and the Agency for International Development.

This agency is an international paramilitary operation and according to the Dept. of the Army Field manual (1969) 41-10, pgs. 1-4, Sec. 1-7(b) & 1-6, Sec. 1-10 (7) (c) (1), and 22 USCA 284, includes such activities as, "Assumption of Full or partial executive, legislative, and judicial authority over a country or area."

The IRS is also an agency/member of a 169 Nation pact called the International Criminal Police organization, or INTERPOL, found at 22 USCA 263a.  The memorandum of Understanding (MOU), between the Secretary of Treasury, AKA the corporate governor of "The Fund" and "The Bank" (International Monetary Fund, and the International Bank for reconstruction and Development), indicated that the Attorney General and its associates are soliciting and collecting information for foreign principles; the international organizations, corporations, and associations, exemplified by 22 USCA 286( f ).

According to the 1994 US Government Manual, at page 390, the Attorney General is the permanent representative to INTERPOL, and the Secretary of Treasury is the alternate member. Under Article 30 of the INTERPOL constitution, these individuals must expatriate their citizenship. They serve no allegiance to the United States of America.

Do you really believe that our founding generation would have paid such a heavy price for Liberty, only to have placed We the People under a tyrannical government with no peaceful means to keep it in check ?

We can Restore our Constitutional Republic.  We must reclaim our correct status and throw off the Corporation of the UNITED STATES and all its subsidiaries.  We can do this.  We need more American People and less citizens of the Corporation. 

Does anyone remember Trump’s July 11 Dallas CPAC Speech? This is where he said, “We will take back the House. We will take back the Senate, and then after witnessing all that has gone wrong in our country in such a short period of time, with our borders, with our economy, with crime, we will take back that glorious White House. That sits so majestically in our nation’s capital. Beautiful white house. That’s small letters. White house. That beautiful white house. And it is the most beautiful house of all.”

Small letters – not all caps…stay with me….

From where does the U.S. Constitution derive its power?

WE THE PEOPLE!

We need to start at the local level, county by county.  Educate ourselves with the Bible, our founding documents and the U.S. Code.  

Right now we cannot do anything to stop an out-of-control elected servant. We do not have the proper status. We do not have an established assembly process at the county level. We the people at large do not understand how much control and power we have that was given to us in our founding documents. Until we learn what our proper status needs to be, which is an American State national, a living soul, a su Juris, we can do nothing about it.

We must take steps to become free men and women. We must correct land, air, water. Then we must get our personal affairs in order and secure our Superior titles to everything we own. Then we can go about the task of restoring our Republic and fixing a broken out of control government.

We must do this for what is coming.  We the People hold Dominion over Government.  We are the only ones who can finish what we started.  

Free yourself from tyranny….

Everyone has tried many complicated and time consuming things to retrieve their rights that are secured by our constitutions, and to stop unconstitutional traffic tickets, taxes, prosecutions, foreclosures, depriving you of your second amendment right to arms and lawsuits. How does this happen?

    When you got your Social Security number, either you or your Mom or Dad checked off that you were a U.S. citizen on the SS-5 application. And then you continued to claim to be a U.S. citizen throughout your life and did so on all of the government forms and applications, which caused you to pay taxes, get tickets and every other act of treason that has happened to you.

   The U.S. in this case, is the federal corporation the District of Columbia, also known as USDC or the UNITED STATES. It was created by the Congressional Act of 1871. Also see 28 USC 3002 (15) "United States" means- (A) a Federal corporation;

    So a U.S. citizen is a citizen of this federal corporation, and not of a union State or USA republic. It is easy to see that a U.S. citizen is a legal fiction / U.S. corporation and has no rights secured by the constitution. Only people have rights secured by the constitution, not legal fictions. You should have checked off "other" on the form because you are a State Citizen of the state in which you were born. This is referred to in article 3 and the 11th amendment of the constitution, which is the same as a "Citizen of the United States" as penned in article 1 and 2 of the constitution. The state in which you were born, makes you a Citizen of all states, and one of the people, and a beneficiary of the republic U.S.A. constitution of 1789/1791.

A State Citizen is a Citizen of the United States. But not the same as a 14th amendment "Citizen of the United States". In 1868 the 14th amendment fell two states (NJ and OH) short of being lawfully ratified. Therefore it does not lawfully exist. A 14th amendment citizen is born in the Untied States, a federal territory, and is therefore subject to congressional laws , codes and statutes.

A 14th Amendment US citizen is not the same as being born in one of the several states of the Union. If you are born in the United States of America, adejure republic government, not the United States which is the corporation, you are considered a state national.

The preamble to the constitution establishes the United States of America, not the United States. So we have two different and distinct national governments. This treachery has always been the goal of the enemy.

It's all about your citizenship. It's that simple.

U.S. v. Anthony 24 Fed. 829 (1873) "The term resident and citizen of the United States (this means 14th amendment citizen) is distinguished from a Citizen of one of the several states, in that the former is a special class of citizen created by Congress."  So you can see in the above case citations that there are two national governments.

In order to establish correct your status, you must accept what God gave us in Genesis 1:26. God gave man dominion over the 3 juris area of the Law. (Land, Air, Water) We must correct our status to that of a living man or woman and take dominion over all three juris’ of law. Free people stand on the law of the land. Corporations execute contracts in admiralty law.

Once you have corrected your status, taken dominion over the three juris of law, then say NO to Government employees who overstep their duties.

We can do all this with focus, self-discipline, perseverance and persistence. 

This path WILL lead to prosperity.  More than you can imagine at this point. 

We need to correct our status so we can restore our dominion over Government and make our employees correct the errors they make.   If we don't know they are errors, we can not hold our employees accountable.

Citizen: Citi= municipal Zen = servant  ie. public servants

If we do nothing, evil will prevail.

Only We The People can restore the government of the people, by the people, for the people.

From where does the U.S. Constitution derive its power to form a Federal Government ?

Look to the 1st 3 words of our constitution. “WE THE PEOPLE”

We have the same authority that the founders had.  The 1st sentence of the constitution is the key.

Look to how they started the whole process.

"We The People" created the states.  We the People created the Federal Government.

When one fails, "We The People" can assemble and correct what is wrong.

This goes back to the beginning.  Before the States and the Federal Gov't were established.

Keep in mind the price of freedom has already been paid.

We do not need to use violence to restore our Republic.

We have the authority recognized by the founders and spelled out in the founding documents.

Refresh your knowledge by re-reading the 📜 Declaration of Independence.  Use a new understanding of where the authority of "We The People" is derived.

We must go back to the beginning and renew our understanding.

We are NOT A DIRECT DEMOCRACY

We are a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC

Governments are instituted among men, (mankind) deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.

History has shown less than 1/3rd of the people will stand and fight tyranny.

We need to find the 1/3rd that will.

Our Declaration of Independence, Constitution and Bill of Rights are only words. 

We must know the intent and meaning of the words as We the People must defend them.

There is only ONE legitimate U.S. Constitution. 

We the People are going to restore it .

Look up the word Liberty in the dictionary.   What defines it ? 

Which comes 1st freedom or Liberty? You must be FREE from oppressive restrictions imposed by AUTHORITY!

FREEDOM COMES FIRST...YOU HAVE TO BE FREE BEFORE YOU CAN HAVE LIBERTY TO DO AS YOU SEE FIT!

Freedom is the POWER or RIGHT to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint.

Liberty is the STATE of being free within society from oppressive restrictions imposed by authority on one’s life, behavior, or political views.

One is the state of the other!

What level is a true republic's foundation, local, state or national ?

At what level did the founders intend for the Constitutional assembly of people to begin ? 

We must learn where the right comes from in order for We the People to peacefully rein in the government. 

We must learn the foundation must be built at the county level. 

We must learn there is a formal lawful meaning to the words in the 1st Amendment. 

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Can you see the peaceful and organized path laid out by the founders ?

Do you know who your sheriff is?

Did you know they take the oath to uphold and defend the Constitution?

A true republic's foundation is at the local level, and that’s where the origins of the Assembly Clause began.

Like the 1st Amendment it is both an act and a (God given right).

So I ask again: Who has dominion over the Government?

By what authority do we the people have to repair a broken Government?

Did you know that the Constitution is a negative powers contract?

It limits the nature of the powers authorized for government to use.

We the People holding an assembly is where we make the list of grievances in the form of a proper petition.

Can you cite (in your mind) some of the grievances we have today ?

We the People must formally serve the petition to the branch of government that is misbehaving.

The American people are not the problem.

An out of control government is the problem.

We have allowed our government to get out of control. 

Look in the U.S. Code and see if there are any laws about breaking the Constitutional Oath of Office ?

5 U.S. Code § 3331 Oath of office

An individual, except the President, elected or appointed to an office of honor or profit in the civil service or uniformed services, shall take the following oath: “I, AB, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.” This section does not affect other oaths required by law.

What is the 1787 meaning of "redress" as written in the context of our 1st Amendment?

Can you see the power We the People have over government?   Never in our lifetime have webproperly used the 1st Amendment as it was intended, a formal, lawful exercise of our rights.

The 1st Amendment gives one the right to:

1. Religion

2. Speech

3. Press

4. Assemble

5. Petition for redress

The path that lead to the Declaration of Independence.

The First Amendment as exhibited and used in colonial times:

1. They gathered for religious services.

2. Afterwards they talked with one another about current events.

3. They wrote letters and pamphlets to neighboring provinces

4. They assembled formally created a list of grievances

5. Served the list of grievances In the form of a petition to seek a redress. 

The order is important.

We the People are going to peacefully restore our 1787 Constitutional Republic and set right the proper station of Government, re-establish justice, once again, secure Freedom and Liberty.

We the People created Government.

Government created citizens.

We the People are free men and women.

Citizens are persons and have duties with limited rights.

We the People must rein in the out of control Government.

We the People must set right the judicial system.

Our President (Trump) has done as much as he can, it is up to We the People to finish restoring our Constitutional Republic, our liberty and Freedom.

Lawful = God's Law / Nature's Law.  Dejure.

Legal = Man's Law. The undoing of God's Law.  Defacto.

Restoration of our liberty and our Republic is a legal minefield, we must use a  lawful process.  This is the reason for all the law and legal posts.  Government has set up many traps.  Government has hidden the path to liberty.  We must know how to proceed.

Speaking in legal terms here: Citizens are subjects of the UNITED STATES.   Free People are American Nationals for the United States of America.

Citizens are vessels. 

Free People are sovereign. 

We can not be both at the same time. 

Only Free People can exercise their Dominion over Government. 

Remember, we learned that lawful and legal are two very different things.

Why would your town, city, county, state and federal government want to be incorporated ?

What does your all caps NAME mean in legal terms ?   We all have a Christian name and a legal vessel.  Why would Government do that to us ? 

Think about it. 

We know citizens and persons are not free people. 

Citizens and persons are not a party to the Constitution nor the Declaration of Independence. Under the corporate bylaws, citizens are fooled into an agreement that exchanges ones’ God given rights for government privileges.

We must correct our status in order to Assemble as free people and hold Government accountable.

We need an Assembly of free men and free women to throw off the Corporation of the UNITED STATES.

Citizens have no standing.  Persons have no standing. 

We need more American State Nationals.

Titles Of Nobility And Honor

In the winter of 1983, archival research expert David Dodge, and former Baltimore police investigator Tom Dunn, were searching for evidence of government corruption in public records stored in the Belfast Library on the coast of Maine.

By chance, they discovered the library's oldest authentic copy of the Constitution of the United States (printed in 1825). Both men were stunned to see this document included a 13th Amendment that no longer appears on current copies of the Constitution. Moreover, after studying the Amendment's language and historical context, they realized the principle intent of this "missing" 13th Amendment was to prohibit lawyers from serving in government. So began a seven year, nationwide search for the truth surrounding the most bizarre Constitutional puzzle in American history -- the unlawful removal of a ratified Amendment from the Constitution of the United States. Since 1983, Dodge and Dunn have uncovered additional copies of the Constitution with the "missing" 13th Amendment printed in at least eighteen separate publications by ten different states and territories over four decades from 1822 to 1860. In June of this year (1991), Dodge uncovered the evidence that this missing 13th Amendment had indeed been lawfully ratified by the state of Virginia and was therefore an authentic Amendment to the American Constitution. If the evidence is correct and no logical errors have been made, a 13th Amendment restricting lawyers from serving in government was ratified in 1819 and removed from US Constitution during the tumult of the Civil War. Since the Amendment was never lawfully repealed, it is still the Law today. The implications are enormous.

BAR ASSOCIATION

Go to Dunn & Bradstreet , look up the BAR Association and see who they really are. 

We are living under the boot of corporations and corporate bylaws.

We give tacit agreement everyday to these unconstitutional corporate vessels. 

We look to government to correct government.  We elect our employees and call them our leaders. 

We blame each other for an out of control government that we allowed to get out of control.

We are the problem with Government.

We have not held our employees accountable for over 150 years.

We have forgotten how government is supposed to work. We have neglected our #civicduty

You are not free.  You are a vessel to the corporations of government.  You must learn how deeply the corporate interests have become in YOUR government.  You are not a party to the founding documents.  You give tacit agreement to the corporations bylaws every time you sign one of their unconstitutional documents. 

You made slaves of your children when you signed them over as a vessel to the government with a birth certificate.   They (government) take their soul (the soul print) and then they (your child) are a vessel, a purser of a ship.   

You can correct your status from a citizen to a living soul.

You can claim your minor estate.

 You can reclaim your all caps NAME. 

You can hold government accountable once you are no longer agreeing with their corporate bylaws. 

You must take dominion over all 3 areas of earth.  Air , Land , Water.  These are areas of law known as juris.  Diction is the words used for each juris. 

The land is common law common to all mankind its property, equity and rights.

The air is ecclesiastical or canon law which is trust law. To be a fiduciary for the benefit of another.

The water is admiralty or commerce or contract law, to have your business affairs in order your contracts in place.

God Granted Earth to Mankind to take Dominion over all three Jurisdictions. Juris is right law, diction is words.

The words you use determines the right law under what you stand.

What is Lawful is not Legal.

Law is Dejure.

Legal is Defacto.  

We give tacit agreement by way of fraud.  Remember Fraud Vitiates Everything

CORRECTING YOUR STATUS

Very interesting read.

Once you repudiate your UNITED STATES (corporate) citizenship, you must apply for a passport from your state where your domicile is located.  You do not want to be a resident of the state because then you will be telling the government that you are only there to conduct business.   The process is very precise and should be very well researched before taking action to reclaim your freedom.

Certificates of Non Citizen Nationality

The Department of State occasionally receives requests for certificates of non-citizen national status pursuant to Section 341(b)of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), 8 USC 1452(b).

As the title of the certificate indicates, only a person who is a non-citizen U.S. national (i.e., a U.S. national but not a U.S. citizen) may apply for such a certificate.

As defined by the INA, all U.S. citizens are U.S. nationals but only a relatively small number of persons acquire U.S. nationality without becoming U.S. citizens. Section 101(a)(21) of the INA defines the term “national” as “a person owing permanent allegiance to a state.” Section 101(a)(22) of the INA provides that the term “national of the United States” includes all U.S. citizens as well as persons who, though not citizens of the United States, owe permanent allegiance to the United States (non-citizen nationals).

Section 308 INA confers U.S. nationality but not U.S. citizenship, on persons born in "an outlying possession of the United States" or born of a parent or parents who are non-citizen nationals who meet certain physical presence or residence requirements. The term “outlying possessions of the United States” is defined in Section 101(a)(29) of the INA as American Samoa and Swains Island. No other statutes define any other territories or any of the states as outlying possessions.

In addition to Section 308 of the INA, Section 302 of Public Law 94 - 241 provides for certain inhabitants of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, who became United States citizens by virtue of Article III of the Covenant, to opt for non-citizen national status. (See requirements of Section 302).

As the Department has received few requests, there is no justification for the creation of a non-citizen national certificate. Designing a separate document that includes anti-fraud mechanisms was seen as an inefficient expenditure of resources. Therefore, the Department determined that those who would be eligible to apply for such a certificate may instead apply for a United States passport that would delineate and certify their status as a national but not a citizen of the United States.

If a person believes he or she is eligible under the law as a non-citizen national of the United States and the person complies with the provisions of section 341(b) of the INA, 8 USC 1452(b),he/she may apply for a passport at any Passport Agency in the United States.. When applying, applicants must execute a Form DS-11 and show documentary proof of their non-citizen national status as well as their identity.

Pertinent Sections of Law on Non-Citizen Nationality

Section 341 of the Immigration and Nationality Act:

(b) A person who claims to be a national, but not a citizen, of the United States may apply to the Secretary of State for a certificate of non-citizen national status. Upon - (1) proof to the satisfaction of the Secretary of State that the applicant is a national, but not a citizen, of the United States; and, (2) in the case of a non-citizen national born outside of the United States or its outlying possessions, taking and subscribing, before an immigration officer within the United States or its outlying possessions, to the oath of allegiance required of an applicant for naturalization.

Section 101(a)(21) of the Immigration and Nationality Act:

The term “national” means a person owing permanent allegiance to a state.

Section 101(a)(29) of the Immigration and Nationality Act:

The term "outlying possessions of the United States" means American Samoa and Swains Island.

Section 101(a)(36) of the Immigration and Nationality Act:

The term "State" includes the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands of the United States.

Section 308 of the Immigration and Nationality Act:

Unless otherwise provided in section 301 of this title, the following shall be nationals, but not citizens of the United States at birth:

(1) A person born in an outlying possession of the United States on or after the date of formal acquisition of such possession;

(2) A person born outside the United States and is outlying possessions of parents both of whom are nationals, but not citizens, of the United States, and have had a residence in the United States, or one of its outlying possessions prior to the birth of such person;

(3) A person of unknown parentage found in an outlying possession of the United States while under the age of five years, until shown, prior to attaining the age of twenty-one years, not to have been born in such outlying possessions; and

(4) A person born outside the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is an alien, and the other a national, but not a citizen, of the United States who, prior to the birth of such person, was physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less than seven years in any continuous period of ten years -

(A) during which the national parent was not outside the United States or its outlying possessions for a continuous period of more than one year, and

(B) at least five years of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years.

The proviso of section (301(g) shall apply to the national parent under this paragraph in the same manner as it applies to the citizen parent under that section.

Section 302 of Public Law 94 - 241:

Any person who becomes a citizen of the United States solely by virtue of the provisions in Section 301 [applying to those born in or residing in the Northern Mariana Islands] may within six months after the effective date of that Section or within six months after reaching the age of 18 years, whichever date is later, become a national but not a citizen of the United States by making a declaration under oath before any court established by the Constitution or laws of the United States or any other court of record in the Commonwealth in the form as follows " I _____ being duly sworn, hereby declare my intention to be a national but not a citizen of the United States."

Perry v. U.S., 294 U.S. 330 (1935): “In the United States, sovereignty resides in the people…the Congress cannot invoke sovereign power of the People to override their will as thus declared.”

This applies to American State Nationals, Living souls, Free Men and Women.  Not citizens of the UNITED STATES

ASN vs. Citizen

American state National vs US citizen. Turns out civil status is EVERYTHING.

U.S citizens, U.S. persons, both natural and artificial, and individuals are deemed subject to legislative acts of Congress as defined “individual” (26 CFR §1.1441-1(c )(3)); a “person” (26 USC §7701(c)); or a statutory “U.S. citizen” as described in 8 USC §1401

American state National are those born ON THE LAND of the state Republic STILL protected by the state, NOT FEDERAL constitution. A 14th Amendment US citizen is;

1873: U.S. v. Anthony 24 Fed. 829 (1873) "The term resident and citizen of the United States ('United States' meaning 'territories and District of Columbia') is distinguished from a Citizen of one of the several states, in that the former is a special class of citizen created by Congress." (That is a “citizen of the United States” is a “statutory citizen”—or "creature of State", created by legislative action.)

1875- This definition of "United States" as a Corporation has its own citizens (see United States v. Cruikshank, 92 U.S. 542) who are generally referred to as "United States citizens".

1953- Kitchens v. Steele, 112 F.Supp 383 "A citizen of the United States is a citizen of the federal government…”

1967 - Also Congressional Record , June 13, 1967, pp. 15641-15646): A "citizen of the United States" is a civilly dead entity operating as a co-trustee and co-beneficiary of the PCT, the private constructive, cestui que trust of US Inc. under the 14th Amendment, which upholds the debt of the USA and US Inc. in Section 4.

[This neatly explains once and for all what a “citizen of the United States” is in federal parlance, as opposed to popular speech, and underlines the need for Americans to forthrightly expatriate from any such “citizenship” and instead declare their allegiance to the land of their nativity, for example, California or Nevada or Ohio.]

So you can see in the aforementioned  case citations that there are two national governments. One being Dejure and the other being Defacto, thus we have two types of citizens, one being sovereign under the Constitution and the other being a subject of the UNITED STATES.

UNLESS YOU CORRECT YOUR STATUS

On this date, the U.S. House passed the Permanent Apportionment Act of 1929, fixing the number of Representatives at 435.

The U.S. Constitution called for at least one representative per state and no less than one for every 30,000 Citizens.

Prior to this Unconstitutional act, the size of a state’s House delegation depended on its population.  

This action made an unconstitutional change to number of representatives required for a quorum in order to conduct a Constitutional session of the U.S. House. 

Every single piece of legislation they have passed since that date is legal fiction and NOT a law.

Once we correct our status to an American State National, we can lawfully ignore them.

Modern legal code is written by The National Law Institute, Law Professors, and the Bar Association, the Agents of Foreign Banking interests.

We the People must correct our status to a living soul that walks upon the land by repudiating the corporate bylaws of a fraudulent fake government called the UNITED STATES.  Once we correct our status we can assume the powers of Nature's Law, God's Law as described in the 1st sentence of our Declaration of Independence.

Yes This is a lawful process and can be found in the U.S. Code.  The correct status for a living soul, a free man, a free woman is called American State National.

Once a "person" a "citizen" corrects their status from a legal fiction created by the birth certificate (the ALL CAPS NAME is legal fiction), to a living soul, that of a woman or a man can they have dominion over the land.  

Only then are you a "people" no longer a "person".  Only then you will be a member of "We the People".  

We must pull back our legal fiction from the water onto the land.

Your new status is known under U.S. Code as an American State National and recognized by the courts as a party to the U.S. Constitution, an owner of the United States for America.
